There will be hard and frustrating times!

How come when your husband is out of town that everything goes wrong.???? last week was no exception. Lilly got out and trapped herself in the neighbors backyard...with their dog! The kids were telling to me to call her "Figaro" since they were playing Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and that was her name...every time I yelled Lilly they yelled Figaro...needless to say she didn't respond..finally she came out a little roughed up and muddy. We drove 1/2 hr to spend some time at the Puget Sound...only for Eva to throw a huge fit..no exaggeration! And Ian to wade waist high into the water..did I mention it was freezing?? We spent 5 minutes there and turned around and left...Eva still crying and Ian trying to get "back to the water mommy". Then Ian decided to get into the Van and "press the button" to open the garage...the door got caught on something, maybe my van, who really knows. The arm and opener kept going...the door didn't. Need I say more...kids aren't cheap! I complain to my parents, who are visiting my brother...and my sister-n-law reminds me to think of Elder Ballard's conference talk... So true... soon the twins will out the door and I'll miss their hugs and squeezes, loves, giggles, and yes...even cleaning up after Ian's hot wheels car wash in the bathroom!! I do love them, and at least Ian wasn't hurt...he can't be replaced, like our garage door was!

Oh my word, I can't believe your garage door!! That is crazy! Isn't it crazy how these kinds of things seem to happen at the worst possible time? Oh well, what can you do?

It was good to see you guys on Sunday. I love to look at your blog and see what your cute family is up to, since I don't get to come around your parts very often. And when I do, it's such a quick busy trip that I never get to see anyone. Anyways, just thought I would say hi!
