Another Thanksgiving has come and gone, and I think we all are a little bigger and better :0) This year we made our final jaunt down south to Portland...(Dan and Annette will be moving soon)! It is always so nice to spend time with family! Eva once again helped with the pies!
Ron made it this year...It is always more fun when he comes down. This is actually before dinner. I think all the prep work wore them out...sure that's it!
A beautiful table. I had fun this year trying out new decorating ideas. It can be a bit difficult to visualize when it isn't your table...but it turned out nice anyhow!
Uncle Dan carved the turkey again... I think I have the same pose from last year. It still makes me smile... We also had a great time playing games, playing the Wii.., and laughing at Ron's jokes.
But my favorite part of the weekend was going and picking out our Christmas tree. This year I decided we would get a fresh one. Since Dan and Annette were getting theirs, I decided, with Eva's assistance, to get one as well. After all I had the truck :0) We picked one out, thanks to Connor, and my sweet nephew Ryan cut it down... Eva helped carry it back, and Ian ran amongst the other trees...
I am truly blessed with great nephews. They are so sweet, kind and loving to my children. Eva and Ian both adore them...Oh and Connor also teaches Eva great things too!! :0) Thanks for a fabulous weekend, and another great memory.

What a beautiful table! We are so happy to hear about Dan and Annette being able to move close to you! My favorite pic is Ron on the couch with his sleeping beauty!
