First...We spent a week in Maryland/DC with my oldest brother Karl and his family. We had so much fun. I dragged the kids to all the memorials, and museum's I could. Ian's favorite part was the escalator down into the metro :) Eva loved seeing the Hope Diamond and the Natural History Museum. My Sister-n-Law Beverly was the bestest tour guide ever. I know she has been to those things a million times, but still loves it, and loves to take you back. We love her! We had fun with family and loved seeing History... Just a few snippets.

Upon our return home we were treated to a week with my smartie pants niece and her husband who just graduated from BYU...they are headed to Michigan to do Graduate work. We spent an afternoon in the Mountains.

To top it all off, I got to attend a Mother's day Breakfast with my sweet children. I do love them!!

I am enjoying this calm before the storm...I think Camp is going to get the best of me, but I am trying to enjoy it :) I was blessed to have a little break, and enjoy my wonderful family. Hopefully I'll try and post a little more often!!

Actually, I have been on the edge of my seat waiting for you to post! I'm glad you had a great time in D.C. Karl & Bev are great hosts. I have to say that when we were in D.C. last we couldn't get Julia off the Merry Go Round (the only thing that costs money on the mall). Love the pic of the kids in front of the temple. So excited to see you there in August!!
Fabulous pictures, wonderful family. Thank you for sharing your adventure. Camp will be awesome, you have the magic touch. My blog is now private. Send me your email and I will add you to the list. GBedgisoff@aol.com Take Care!!!
