Ron actually gave me my bicycle for my birthday 9 years ago...I used it once is awhile, but since I had my kids, I have really come to enjoy the fun of cycling...true it is not a fancy road bike, more of a comfort bike, but it does the job. I have come to find out that Enumclaw is truly what is claims to be...a bike friendly community. I love cycling the back roads and enjoying the wonderful scenery.
My dear friend and I have become a cycling team and ventured down to Bonney Lake down the old Buckley-Sumner highway, went all the way down to target and back home making it almost 25 miles round trip.
I know for you enthusiasts..probably not much, but for us we felt empowered. We have had a great time riding through the country side and seeing all the "fun" sites.
I have really enjoyed getting outside and getting some exercise in the process, plus I get to spend some time with great company...although I still can't keep up with her. I'm still training. We did want you to know Uncle Dan although it would be great fun to ride with you....we're still not quite ready for the STP...maybe one day!
